Bland and dated cookie
cutter finishes are refreshed
with new crown moulding,
mortarless glass block,
vibrant new colors, Corian
sink and shower stall, and
new fixtures all around. We
worked closely with the
owner and made sure that
things came together
reflecting her elegance and
good taste.

Exterior Work
Phase II of the above project
was to freshen the finishes of
the connecting bedroom. Old
wall to wall carpeting is
replaced with new wood
laminate flooring. Crown
moulding is added to the
perimeter of the room. New
base boards and custom trim
is milled to frame and freshen
up old aluminum windows.
(This is an excellent solution
to replacing existing windows
entirely.) It is all topped off
with a fresh color coat of paint
creating the perfect
environment for a comfortable
bedroom retreat.
This 114 year old victorian
had many challenges, an
attic fire from the 1920's and
plumbing old during the
Eisenhower Administration
to name a couple. One of
the biggest challenges was
dealing with the windows.
Building new frames and
retrofitting them with Marvin
tilt packs did the trick. This
freed up some much
needed extra cash to
reshingle the weather
beaten exterior. Good to go
for another 114 years!
